The Razer Core X Chroma, priced at $399, follows up on its predecessors, and features a 700-watt power supply, four USB 3.1 Type-A ports, a Gigabit Ethernet as well as Chroma RGB lighting. It’s compatible with a host of graphics cards, including the NVIDIA GeForce RTX / GeForce GTX / Quadro and AMD XConnect enabled Radeon / Radeon Pro cards, and use a single USB Type-C Thunderbolt 3 cable for PC or Mac connections. “A tool-less drawer-style slide and lock mechanism is used to install the graphics card into the PCIe slot, secured with a single thumbscrew, with the enclosure capable of accommodating physically larger ‘3 slot-wide’ cards. Perforated sides and cooling fans are also employed to keep the card and the chassis at a thermally optimal level,” reports Apple Insider.
