SNK, makers of the Neo Geo, has released a new Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves gameplay trailer featuring character Kevin Rian, voiced by Jonah Scott. It launches in 2025 and is the first new Fatal Fury game in 26-years, complete with a unique art style, new as well as old characters, an innovative REV system, and a host of other battle systems.
The REV System, a toolset making its FATAL FURY debut, enables players to use REV Arts, REV Accel, REV Blows (while S.P.G. is active), and more, or at least until they hit their limit and the REV Meter overheats. Some familiar battle systems are back in full force, including Combination Attacks, Just Defense, Braking, Dodge Attacks, and Feints. Players can select from two control schemes: Arcade Style for precise, technical inputs, while Smart Style lets the player perform flashy special moves and combos using directional inputs, along with single button presses.
