SEGA announced that Sonic x Shadow Generations lands October 25th on the PlayStation 4 | 5, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Switch and PC platforms. This Sonic Generations remaster comes complete with modernized visuals and extra bonus content, while adding a brand-new journey featuring never-before-seen abilities for Shadow the Hedgehog.
A just-released Summer Games Fest trailer showcases Sonic and Shadow’s respective adventures, including a first look at exciting new levels as well as Shadow’s newfound powers. This means we also see the return of Shadow’s nemesis, Black Doom, who threatens to take over the world once more. Some of the new content includes a Chao rescue mission in every level and the return of exciting pinball gameplay in the Casino Nights Zone.

The Digital Deluxe edition gives fans the chance to play the game three days early.
