At $2150 USD, this TAG Heuer x Nintendo Connected smartwatch could be the priciest yet, or at least for one featuring a video game character. Featuring multiple animated Mario watch faces and fitness animations that become livelier depending on the wearer’s level of activity, all running Google Wear OS. Another cool feature is that Mario greets you with a welcoming salute in the morning and as the day progresses, you unlock rewards at each stage of your daily target.
Aesthetically, it’s essentially a TAG Heuer Connected smartwatch that has been available for quite some time, although this limited edition version features iconic Mario “M” logos on the crown, buttons and bezel, along with a set of black / red leather or rubber straps. It will be limited to 2,000-units worldwide and available on July 15th from the company’s own website as well as selected boutiques.
