Sony BRAVIA 8K Resolution TV
Sony officially unveiled its first 8K TV line for consumers: the Master Series Z9G / ZG9. Available in 85″ and 98″ sizes, these displays feature an updated Picture Processor X1 Ultimate image processor, X-Reality PRO technology optimized for 8K content, as well as Netflix Calibrated Mode and IMAX Enhanced. To ensure you get the best quality sound as possible, Sony equipped these sets with Sound-from-Picture Reality, which makes dialog sound as though it’s coming from the actors on-screen, thanks to four, front-firing speakers — two on top, and two along the bottom of the screen. LG Rollable OLED TV

LG first unveiled a prototype rollable TV at CES 2018, and now this year, they introduced a 65″ OLED TV R that will actually go on sale some time this year. It consists of a large base stand that houses a 100-watt Dolby Atmos speaker system and the actual window blind-like 65″ OLED panel that can roll up and down. The display has three modes: a full-screen “Full View” experience, a partially rolled out “Line View” mode, and then “Zero View”, in which the user only makes use of the audio system. LG 8K Resolution OLED CES
LG has announced their next-generation TV lineup powered by the company’s second-gen Alpha 9 processor paired with ThinQ AI, complete with Alexa and Google Assistant support, ahead of CES 2019. The largest of the models will be the Z9, an 88-inch 8K resolution OLED television that uses the second-generation Alpha 9 processor and its deep learning algorithm for supreme picture and sound quality, as well as optimized content that automatically recognizes ambient conditions. LG will officially unveil its second-generation CineBeam Laser 4K projector (HU85L) with Ultra Short Throw (UST) technology at CES 2019, and it builds upon its predecessor as it now can be placed a little more than 2 inches from the wall to project a 90-inch diagonal image. When placed 7 inches away, the projector produces a much larger and still bright 120-inch image. The projector delivers 2,500 ANSI lumens and 4K UHD resolution, while reproducing highly accurate colors courtesy of its wide color gamut, which further increases the realism of every picture displayed. Samsung The Wall Modular MicroLED 4K Display

Samsung’s “The Wall” is touted as the world’s first consumer modular MicroLED TV, measuring in at a massive 146-inches. Thanks to its module-based, bezel-less design, this display enables users to customize their television to the size and shape of their choice. Plus, the modular screen can be used to create a wall-sized display, or just used to increase their traditional screen size to suit a new room in any living space. Google will hold its annual hardware event on October 9th, and the likely announcement of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL, but one Best Buy customer appears to have snagged a 3rd-generation Chromecast two weeks early.
