The Q Bike Wheels Inline Skates Epic Rollers
You’ve seen the triangle wheel bike, now inventor Sergii Gordieiev, better known as The Q on YouTube, reveals his latest project…inline skates with bike wheels. This idea came about when he was skating and realized that the small wheels just weren’t suitable for riding on rough surfaces.

So, the original wheels were removed and a custom steel frame was fabricated in their place. The two frames would then be attached to a larger bicycle wheel and then a smaller right directly behind it to achieve greater balance. Let’s just say that the skates do appear more stable on rough surfaces, but sacrifices portability. On a related note, did you know that inline skates were patented by Robert John Tyers of London in 1823? That’s right, his Rolito design featured brass wheels.
