What you’re looking at above is Nemo 33, the deepest indoor swimming pool in the world, located in Brussels, Belgium. It has a maximum depth of 34.5-meters (113-feet) and contains 2,500,000 litres (660,000 gallons) of non-chlorinated, highly filtered spring water maintained at 30 °C (86 °F) and holds several simulated underwater caves at the 10-meters (33-feet) depth level. The pool is open to tourists and professional and amateur divers. The basic regulations require the divers to be aged 12 years or over, healthy, strong, and certified as a diver or supervised by the trainers.
