Honorable Mention – Honda Meets Rube-Goldberg

This definitely one of the most creative and masterful Rube-Goldberg CG animations contraptions that we’ve ever seen.

5. Alarm Clock Rube-Goldberg

This follow up to the Rube-Goldberg Ramen Cooker, builds upon that creation and could be the most complex setup we’ve ever seen. In addition to waking you, this contraption even makes breakfast.

4. Kinetic Art Rube-Goldberg

Tim Fort created this incredible Rube-Goldberg like contratpion using his “extensive repertoire of impulse-transmission techniques.”

A Rube Goldberg machine or device is any exceedingly complex apparatus that performs a very simple task in a very indirect and convoluted way. Rube devised such pataphysical devices. A Rube Goldberg machine usually has at least ten steps. The best examples of his machines have an anticipation factor: the fact that something so wacky is happening can only be topped by it happening in a suspenseful manner

3. Rube-Goldberg Office Contraption

Though not as complex as this this contraption, MBP’s Rube-Goldberg creation is amazing none the less.

2. Beer-Pouring Rube Goldberg

Created by “woollydoozer”, this amazing beer-pouring Rube Goldberg contraption is definitely one of the coolest we’ve seen. He spent over 10-hours building this incredible contraption.

This amazing Japanese Rube Goldberg contraption actually cooks up a bowl of ramen at the end. It looks very complex to say the least yet strangely fascinating.
