The Guardium UGV essentially “revolutionizes the effectiveness and utility of perimeter security and represents a long awaited breakthrough in combat applications such as force protection, combat support, combat logistics support, convoy security and more.” Video after the break.

Unlike some other “robots,” this one is also fully autonomous, with it relying on GPS most of the time, and it able to fall back on its own decision-making skills to overcome poor GPS conditions and avoid obstacles.
