While it may not be a groundbreaking feature, Microsoft Windows 7 will finally allow users to customize their login screen background, unlike Vista and XP. This was discovered by Windows guru Rafael Rivera.
In the meantime, XP and Vista users still have third-party solutions like previously mentioned LogonStudio.
