At first glance, or from afar, this may look like a typical metal belt buckle, but upon closer inspection, you’ll see that it’s a fully-functional weapon. That’s right, this device was invented by Louis Marquis during his stay at a World War I POW camp. Continue reading for more pictures and information.

To be more specific, this weapon is a multi-shot .22 caliber gun that can be fired with either the trigger, or by simply flipping open the buckle cover. There’s no word on exactly how many of these exists in the wild.
