The Bugatti Type 57 Atlantic – also known as the Atalante – was basically a two-door coupe body style similar to and built after the Atlantic, both built on the 57S chassis, but with a single piece windscreen and no fin. Only 17 Atalante cars were made, four of which reside in the Cite de l’Automobile Museum in Mulhouse, France. Automotive designer Arthur B. Nustas from Japan decided to give this classic a modern Chiron-inspired makeover, and the result is stunning to say the least. Continue reading for more pictures and information.
“Nustas’ design blends elements from the Atlantic’s form with modern flourishes from the Chiron, resulting in a grand tourer that would put the likes of the Ferrari 812 Superfast and Rolls-Royce Wraith to shame,” reports Car Scoops.
