Why do people think it's such a big deal to make a computer case out of Legos? A 4 yr old can do this. There's not much you CAN'T build out of Legos, that's the point, THEY'RE BUILDING BLOCKS!! WTF. I used to play with Legos all the time, I used to build things like this, when I was 7. Get over it...let the Lego Computer case thing go...

Wow, ANOTHER Lego Computer case. How original I tell ya. IT's as bad as the NES mod fad. The saving grace of this one is the fact it's such an old Mac. Which is funny in itself. And at least this one isn't a bunch of random colored blocks. This one actually has asthetic value.

What a great idea! I'll get my kids on top of it.

i think that it's a fake. the base is probably hidden from view because it's near-on impossible to put a mac into something that size. i know your saying 'the mac mini' but i dont see a power button, cd insersion point... anyways, i think its a fake

Actually, it's not a fake. I know, because I'm the person who built it (in 1998-9).

I cant see why you seem to get so heated over something so unimportant. If it works, cool, if its fake, meh. Is it impossible to appreciate some else's interest in just building something for the sake of it? Good grief. @ Daniele... More power to you. I think the happy Mac sign is cool. Shame it's only a 603e though. The CD is in the side (top pic) yes?

[...] My friends, I have been the viewer of a Macintosh case most creative and most supreme! And for you to be a most similar viewer, all you must be a doer of is a reading of this article. The Macintosh case, it is but made out of nearly 500 blocks of Legos! [...]

Why do people think it is such a cool idea to post about how crap something is? If you are not interested in a bit of news or trivia you find... move on Anyway nice getting the logo onto the case, cool idea

It's lame because it's a Mac! I wonder how much web-serving you do with 100Mhz processor and 32Mb ram? It's fake anyway, I know the guy who "built" this and it's a hollow shell. The real computer is sitting to the right of the monitor.
