
The 2018 Eagle Squadron Mustang GT was designed to pay tribute to the Eagle Squadron and the Royal Air Force’s 100th anniversary, complete with an RTR carbon fiber widebody kit, front spoiler, canards, RTR illuminated grille and a stealthy camouflage exterior inspired by the Spitfire fighter planes. Inside, you’ll find Recaro racing seats with embroidered Eagle Squadron logos, a hand-engraved shift knob made from F-35 Lightning parts and a hand-engraved aluminum badge sourced from a Spitfire. “In terms of performance, the car has a 5.0-liter V8 engine that has been equipped with a Ford Performance supercharger kit. It enables the engine to produce 700 hp (522 kW / 710 PS) and 610 lb-ft (826 Nm) of torque. The engine is connected to a six-speed manual transmission which sends power to the rear wheels through a Ford Performance rear axle,” reports Car Scoops.
