To navigate the zombie apocalypse in pure luxury, look no further than the 2023 EarthRoamer LTi, based on the Ford F-550 chassis. Power comes from a 7.3L V8 engine making 350 hp and 750 lb-ft of torque, mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission with a manual shift override as well as a tow / haul mode.
Every EarthRoamer LTi is hand-built by a team of over 100 skilled craftsmen, starting with its four solar panels mounted on the roof, which provide 1,320 watts of electrical power, connected to two 12,000-watt Mastervolt lithium-ion batteries. A 100-gallon freshwater can be found on the passenger side and extends through the floor, while a thermostatically controlled heater can be found on the bottom of the water tank to guard against freezing in extremely cold conditions. Aside from the F-550’s standard 40-gallon fuel tank, EarthRoamer equipped the LTi with a 55-gallon auxiliary tank, giving it a driving range of up to 1,000 miles (9-12 mpg). The interior features a full bathroom including a cassette toilet, hot / cold shower, and a compact sink.

These adventure vehicles have accumulated hundreds of thousands of miles on some of the world’s harshest roads and trails, and have spent tens of thousands of nights camping in every weather condition on Earth,” said the company.
