Sleek, stylish and extremely fast, the 2025 Porsche Taycan Turbo GT lives up to its name after setting a record-breaking 1:27.87 lap at Weathertech Raceway Laguna Seca on February 23, 2024. Power comes from a dual electric motor setup generating up to 1,092 hp with Launch Control activated and 988 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 2.2 seconds.
Both the 2025 Taycan Turbo GT and Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach Package boast a more powerful pulse inverter that takes performance to the next level. This is a key component for controlling the electric motor, and pulse inverters with a maximum current of 900 amps are used on the rear axle. For track enthusiasts, the Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach Package is up to 157 lbs lighter compared to the Taycan Turbo S, thanks to a number of carbon fiber parts. Deliveries are expected to begin this summer, with pricing starting at around $230,000 USD.
