This could be a first look at the DJI Flip, a camera drone with an unusual foldable quadcopter design. In addition to cellular connectivity, this model will reportedly be compatible with ND filters, as well as Quick Shot autonomous flight maneuvers, making it perfect for aerial photography.
A recent FCC filing shows that it should have a 3,110mAh battery, which is more than double the Neo’s 1,435mAh pack. Other rumored features include LiDAR-enhanced obstacle avoidance sensors, as well as the latest OcuSync 4 (O4) transmission for DJI RC 2 and RC-N2 controller compatibility. Pricing and availability will be announced as its launch nears.
