A SpaceX Dragon capsule carrying the four astronauts of NASA’s Crew-10 mission successfully docked with the ISS at 12:04 am ET while the spacecraft were flying approximately 260 miles above the Atlantic Ocean. The capsule, named Endurance, autonomously docked to the forward-facing port of the station’s Harmony module.
Once docked, the hatches were opened at 1:35 am ET, allowing Crew-10 astronauts to float aboard the ISS around ten minutes later, joining Expedition 72, without any issue. For those who haven’t already heard, the Crew-10 mission is particularly significant because it will help bring astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore back to Earth, both of whom have been stuck on the ISS since early June 2024.
