
The AI-powered ZenRobotics 4.0, a fourth generation waste sorting robot that can identify over 500 waste categories, resulting in reduced commissioning times as well as enhancing sorting accuracy. It’s currently available on the Heavy Picker 4.0, a multipurpose waste sorting robot for bulky material, and the Fast Picker 4.0, a high-speed robot ideal for lightweight material.
The Heavy Picker 4.0 robot now features a compact individual recognition system (ZenBrain) to enhance precision and increase efficiency by 60-100% compared to its predecessor, while an upgraded AI improves motion control and enables it to prioritize picking the resource that has the most value to the customer. When the Fast Picker robot is combined with AI software, it’s capable of picking at a rate of up to 80 picks per minute.
