Porsche Mission E

The Porsche Mission E, unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show, aims to take on Tesla’s Model S. Utilizing their Le Mans winning technologies, Porsche engineers were able to produce a zippy 600-horsepower from two electric motors, enabling the four-door to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in only 3.5-seconds, with 200 km/h (124 mph) passing in about 12-seconds. “I’m sure that fans of classic air-cooled 911s will hate it, but the Mission E is a stunner. What’s more, they used many features from today’s lineup of models, like the four LEDs of the 918 Spyder headlight unit or the rounded hips of the Carrera 4 family. This concept is a four-seater, though one that’s smaller than the Panamera. Could this also be a preview for the long-rumored Pajun premium sedan model,” said Auto Evolution.
