Apple Vision Pro Driving Tesla
One thing you should do when using the Apple Vision Pro is operate any motor vehicle, even a Tesla in self-driving mode. Even with passthrough activated, which allows you to see the real world behind the glass, it is not recommended you use the device when driving.

Apple states that the Vision Pro Apple has built-in safety features to help prevent collisions and falls, but they warn users that the device should only be worn in a safe manner. For example, don’t run while wearing Vision Pro, use it when operating a moving vehicle, an “intoxicated or otherwise impaired.” As you can see here, this man was promptly pulled over by police and it appears that the officer even called for backup.
