Ezio Auditore da Firenze from Assassin’s Creed is coming to Fortnite, according to the latest leak. From the images, players will be able to select from Ezio with his hood on or off, complete with his signature Hidden Blade, while the outfit itself is based on the one from Assassin’s Creed 2. Unfortunately, there’s no official word yet on when we’ll be seeing Ezio in the game, although rumors have it set for March 3rd.
For those who have never played any of the Assassin’s Creed games, Ezio Auditore da Firenze (1459 – 1524) was basically a Florentine nobleman during the Renaissance, and stealthily, a Master Assassin as well as the Mentor of the Italian Brotherhood of Assassins. He held that title from 1503 – 1513, but surprisingly enough he did not learn of his heritage until the age of 17 when he witnessed the hanging of his father and brothers.
