Called BottomsUP, this innovative beer dispenser fills cups up from the bottom. Technically speaking, “each cup has a big hole at the bottom that’s sealed with a flat circular magnet; the machine pops the magnet up and fills the cup from the bottom up. When the cup is full, the magnet retracts and the cup is sealed again once more.” Video after the break.
The idea of pouring beer from the bottom of a glass isn’t exactly new, but BottomsUP Beer says that their tap is the world’s fastest beer dispensing system (9x as fast as traditional beer taps).
