Not just rugged looking, this device can withstand a 4-meter drop, is water-resistant to 50 meters, IP6X dust-proof rated, and operates at temperatures as low as -14° F without requiring a protective case. Feature wise, users will be able to capture HD video, slow-motion / time-lapse footage, take still photos, and pair with compatible smartphones or Casio smartwatches. “It features a 13 mm F/2.8 equivalent lens and a 21 mp 1/2.3-type backlit CMOS sensor, that is capable of taking 6.9 megapixel photos, and full HD (1,920 x 1,080) videos. It can also capture 240 FPS slow-motion videos, that keeps extreme videos steady with its integrated three-axis electronic image stabilization. As the tiny action camera doesn’t have a built-in display for viewing photographs and videos, users can pair the device with a smartphone, the optional ‘GEC-10’ remote control, or Casio’s ‘Pro Trek WSD-F20’ Android smartwatch,” reports Design Boom.
