Timeless Kustoms Chevelle

Tuning shop Timeless Kustoms is well known for their classic muscle car mods, like the Fastback Mustang (video above), and their latest project, a 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle “Grand Sport”, is definitely no slouch. It’s powered by a supercharged 416 cubic-inch Scoggin Dickey-built LS3 engine producing 660 horsepower and 650 foot-pounds of torque, mated to a 6-speed transmission. “To make sure the car has a 50/50 weight distribution with such a beefy powertrain, the engine and transmission had to be moved back a total of 8 inches and a custom firewall between the engine bay and cab was installed. And to keep all that power in check, this car is fitted with massive Brembo carbon ceramic brakes (19″ in the front and 11″ in the back). All in all, 400 hours of work went into creating this gorgeous automotive masterpiece,” reports Hi Consumption.
