The iPhone 4G isn’t the only new phone being launched this summer. Powered by Windows 7, the Dell Lightning features a 1.0-GHz Snapdragon processor, 4.1-inch OLED display, 5.0MP camera, 8GB of internal memory, 512MB RAM, GPS, and microSD expansion. We’ll see what happens with that — the ship date is pegged at Q4, indicating this is a WP7 launch device, and Microsoft’s told us Flash won’t make it into the OS initially.
