Called “The Cloud”, this gargantuan structure is comprised of two 400-foot towers interconnected with plastic bubbles. Inside, you’ll find an observation deck “used to display everything from Olympic scores and highlights.” Video after the break.
…the whole thing also promises to be funded entirely by micro-payments from the public and be completely self-powered…relying on a combination of solar power and regenerative braking from the lifts in the towers.
