For those who don’t know, Space Mountain is basically a space-themed indoor steel roller coaster in Tomorrowland at Disneyland in California. It first opened on May 27, 1977, and was the second roller coaster built at Disneyland – the second of the five versions of Space Mountain built by The Walt Disney Company. In addition to being transformed into Ghost Galaxy for Halloween, sometimes visitors are treated to a lights-on version of the ride, as the video and images above show.
