Remember the spirograph toys you used to play with as a child? Swedish designer Eske Rex decided to make a giant life-sized version of it, called the Drawingmachine. Let’s just say that it “spits out images big enough to cover your entire wall.” Video after the break. Click here for more pictures.
The pendulums are connected to support systems (drawing arms) that meet in the middle of the canvas at a 90-degree angle and hold a single ballpoint pen, as you can see in the embedded images.
