DTV Shredder

When tank meets skateboard and motocross bike, you get the DTV Shredder. BPG Werks has just announced a 48-horsepower model capable of traveling in speeds excess of 60mph. The rider basically stands sideways on the Shredder, planted on a modified skateboard deck for improved balance and a narrower wheelbase, propelled by two enormous caterpillar tracks. When it comes to rugged terrain, the independently-powered treads can handle anything; from snow and ice, to loose sand, to marsh and mud. Thanks to the shape of the tracks and the Shredder’s low center of gravity, it can overcome 40-degree inclines and other obstacles that would scupper a wheeled vehicle.
