The rumors are true, the Dubai Police recently added a MANSORY-tuned Rolls-Royce Cullinan to their luxury patrol fleet. This was unveiled at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, with Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department, leading the ceremony alongside Mansory’s founder, Kourosh Mansory.
This ultra luxurious SUV packs a 6.75-liter twin-turbo V12 engine that has been upgraded to produce 610 horsepower (up from the standard 563 hp). It can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 5 seconds and hit a top speed of 174 mph. It features Mansory’s signature touches, including a widebody kit, forged carbon fiber elements (like the front bumper splitter and side skirts), flared wheel arches, and custom wheels.

It features the Dubai Police’s well-known white and dark green colors, but no light bar on the roof—emergency lights are probably hidden neatly. The Cullinan will mainly patrol popular tourist spots like Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, and Jumeirah Beach Residence, helping the police stand out and connect with people.
This is the second vehicle tuned by Mansory in the fleet, after a 720-hp Mercedes-AMG G63. The Dubai Police are famous for their amazing collection, including a Ferrari FF, Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Urus Performante, and Tesla Cybertruck, used to show a modern, friendly image while discouraging crime with their bold presence.
