Project Blackout Defender

Not just a purely cosmetic makeover, East Coast Defender’s “Project Blackout,” based on the Land Rover Defender, is now powered by a 5.3-liter Chevrolet LC9 V8 engine producing 310 hp @ 5200 RPM and 335 lb.-ft. @ 4000 RPM. The shop also added a Borla exhaust, EBC performance brakes, Ron Davis aluminum radiator, a full roof rack, LED spot lamps and 18″ Sawtooth wheels wrapped in a set of BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires.
