The “Underground Beer Cooler” works just as it sounds, with storage space for beverages below ground, taking advantage of the natural lower temperatures. The eCool, which is short for “earth cooler”, is just over three feet tall, about nine inches in diameter and weighs in at about 26-pounds. Installation requires you to first dig a 3-foot hole, but the company say it will probably be easier if you use a garden drill. Once installed, the earth cooler can hold an entire case of beer and can stay in the ground year round.
