Mazda Hakaze

Mazda unveils its futuristic Hakaze concept, which features “a turbocharged 2.3-liter DISI inline-four or a diesel motor with direct injection mated to a six-speed sport transmission, which then sends power to all four wheels via a torque-split all-wheel drive system.”

Designed at Mazda’s European Design Centre near Frankfurt, Germany, the Hakaze is a compact crossover coupe with roadster styling. Taking design cues from three distinctive vehicle types, namely a roadster, compact hatchback and SUV


Renault Nepta

Renault’s sleek new Nepta concept is powered by a bi-turbo, 3.5L V6 engine that generates an impressive 420hp — boosting it from 0-62 in just 4.9-seconds.

It also features LED headlights and taillights, carbon bodywork, anti-roll bars, digital and analog instruments, Michelin’s latest prototype tires, advanced air turbulence deflectors, and DVD screens


Mazda Ryuga

This vehicle “incorporates elegant and refined design treatments which express Japanese concepts of mysterious beauty and intelligence, based on the new design theme that began with the Nagare concept car unveiled at the LA Auto Show.”

Large wheels placed at the far corners of Ryuga’s exterior lend a highly stable, balanced stance. The aggressive wedge shape imparts motion even when this sports coupe is parked. Volumes that are small in front, larger at the rear, wrap around and over the wheels to give the exterior tension and direction

Ford Airstream

Ford has just unveiled its futuristic Airstream concept, which “showcases advanced design features such as the plug-in hydrogen hybrid fuel cell powertrain, floating instrument panel and dual-view information panels as well as new four-point safety belts.”

Passengers are also treated to pod-shaped swivelling captain’s chairs that rotate so the driver and front-seat passenger can face each other. Housed in the rear is an entertainment lounge complete with a 360-degree screen for watching movies and playing games
