Ferrari 488 Spider

This followup to the 488 GTB features Ferrari’s patented retractable hard top, which folds away in 14-seconds flat. The body is made from 11 various aluminum alloys for torsional rigidity and beam stiffness. It’s powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.9L V8 that generates 661-horsepower and 560 lb-ft of torque at 3,000 rpm, enabling it to hit 60mph in just 3-seconds, while hitting the 200 km/h mark in 8.7 seconds. “This is also ‘the most aerodynamically efficient Ferrari spider ever built’. The roadster comes with a blown spoiler and an aerodynamic underbody incorporating vortex generators. There’s also an electric glass rear wind stop that can be adjusted to one of three positions,” says World Car Fans.
