RavenwestR1 has faithfully recreated the Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer in GTA V including all of the faux social media accounts posting bizarre scenes. It makes use of NaturalVision Evolved (NVE), which is essentially a graphics mod for Grand Theft Auto V that vastly improves the game’s visual effects.
NaturalVision Evolved enabled RavenwestR1 to modify GTA V’s weather / lighting systems, color grade, tone map, smooth out textures, building models, add ambient colors, and even vegetation. RavenwestR1 also used OpenIV, a free modding toolset that allows users to view and change the game data such as introducing new vehicles / characters. Grand Theft Auto 6 is set in Leonida, which includes Vice City, and follows Lucia as well as her prison inmate friend Jason. The open world, action-adventure game is set to be released in 2025 on the Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5 platforms.
