New York City is filled with awkwardly shaped apartments, which is why Specht Harpman Architects were hired to transform a 425-square-foot loft on the Upper West Side into the masterpiece you see above. The living space, at the top of a 6-story brownstone, boasts 25-feet of vertical space and even has rooftop access, which was converted into a garden to allow light to radiate throughout.
