From the outside, it looks like any old airplane hangar, but step inside, and you’ll see it’s actually the Tropical Islands Resort. This tropical theme park is actually located in the former Brand-Briesen Airfield in Brandenburg, Germany, housed in the former CargoLifter airship hangar (known as the Aerium), the biggest free-standing hall in the world. Inside the hall, the air temperature is 26°C (78°F) and air humidity is around 64%. It has a maximum capacity of 6,000 visitors a day.
