Kreisel Electric has unveiled the world’s first all-electric Hummer H1 with none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. Rather than a traditional engine, you’ll find high-performance Kreisel batteries with 100 kWh capacity, paired with two electric motors on both the front and rear axles, under the hood. Combined, the generate 483 hp, good for a top speed of 75 mph and range of up to 186 miles on a single charge. Continue reading for another video, more pictures and information.
“For comparison, the standard version consumes about 6.3 gallons of fuel for every 62 miles and emits over 470g of CO2 per mile. Unfortunately for buyers, Kreisel doesn’t plan on producing any more of these iterations,” reports Hi Consumption.
