Sleek and stylish, the Lamborghini Revuelto V12 hybrid plug-in supercar was revealed at Sant’Agata Bolognese yesterday. Attendees were able to tour the new production line for the world’s first HPEV (High Performance Electric Vehicle), visiting specialist facilities such as the Composites Development Center, as well as the museum.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 6.5L V12 engine, paired with three electric motors, that generate a combined 1,001 hp, mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox that sends power to all wheels. All of this power enables it to accelerate from 0-62mph in a mere 2.5-seconds, while topping out at 217+ mph. Available later this year, with pricing yet to be announced.
