A new picture of the purported Loch Ness monster has surfaced today, and it comes from IT worker Tom Pickles on Lake Windermere. The grainy image is due to the poor camera phone that was used to photograph it, and low-light (foggy) conditions — bottom image shows what the area looks during the day. Here is what Tom has to say:

The unidentified swimming object (USO) was spotted at 10.35am on the last day of a residential ‘team-building’ course. ‘I thought it was a dog,’ said Tom. ‘Then I realised it was much bigger and moving really quickly. Each hump was moving in a rippling motion and it was swimming fast. I could tell it was much bigger underneath from the huge shadow around it.’
