GMARS (Global Mobile Artillery Rocket System) comes equipped with a multiple rocket launcher as well as two pods and a fire control system. Thanks to an integrated crane, the artillery system is completely self-supporting. It’s very similar to Rheinmetall’s M270/HIMARS rocket launcher and the Rheinmetall HX truck facilitates training and logistics while also boosting interoperability with NATO forces using MLRS and HIMARS.
