If nothing but the most luxurious smartwatch will do, then look no further than Louis Vuitton’s Tambour Horizon Light Up Smartwatch. It comes in polished steel ($3,450 USD) or matte ($4,100 USD) versions, with both measuring 44mm-wide and 13.2mm-thick. Features include a 1.2-inch AMOLED display, 24 LEDs embedded beneath the iconic LV monogram pattern, and most surprising of all, a custom-designed operating system.
Despite it being a custom OS, Louis Vuitton says that it has earned Apple’s “made for iPhone” accreditation, and is also compatible with Android as well as HarmonyOS. The 24 LEDs really shine when a new notification is received, as the wraparound display illuminates with the Louis Vuitton monogram pattern in a customizable series of colors. Other features include a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 microprocessor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and all-day battery life.
