5. Suitcase Iron Man Suit
You’ve seen the others, now feast your eyes upon the world’s greatest real-life Iron Man briefcase suit by Ryan Brooks. Crafted “from over 4,000 LEGO Technic pieces, 483 pieces of “high-impact polystyrene plastic armor, and a ton of other foamy and electrical stuff, Brooks’ Iron Man suit took over 1,200 man hours from start to finish.”
4. Iron Man Mark I Suit
A 25-year-old ZTE employee named Wang XiaoKang — a Chinese telecommunications equipment maker — created an ultra realistic Iron Man Mark I suit from scratch in just 3-months, and on a $460USD budget. One thing’s for sure, we won’t be surprised if the next version was weaponized.
3. Iron Man 2 Suit
Thanks to electroluminescent technology, this homemade Iron Man suit has glowing eyes and arc reactor, adding to its authenticity. Everything was custom molded and cast in fiberglass, including the wearable one-piece helmet.
2. Steampunk Iron Man Suit
File this under: cool steampunk gadgets. Captured by Judy Stephens, this amazing steampunk Iron Man suit was spotted at Comic-Con New York and looks good enough to be used in an actual movie. Hopefully, we’ll see functional weapons added to this awesome creation sooner than later.

Masterle247 is an expert costume builder, and his latest project, an Iron Man Mark 7 costume is definitely no slouch. Featuring a motorized mask, shoulder weapons, and even a jetpack. Unfortunately, flying capabilities have not yet been implemented.
