First spotted at CES 2009, this NEC curved monitor (CRV43), originally named the Ostendo CRVD-42DWX+, consists of four DLP displays that offer a 10,000:1 contrast ratio, .02ms response time, 200 cd/m2 brightness, and 2880 x 900 resolution. The CRV43 hits shelves next month, priced at $7,999. Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

The user’s taskbar is extended natively and setup is made easy to configure with one input. These features make it an ideal solution for simulation, digital imaging and command and control.
