
Set for release in 2025 on the PS5, Monster Hunter Wilds has locales t hat are dense, deep, and three-dimensional. This new trailer showcases Windward Plains, a vast, untamed land ready to be explored, teeming with life, and even extreme weather conditions.
In these harsh environments, monsters act independently to survive, while hunters can expect to immerse themselves in a vibrant ecosystem of them living in nature, including large-scale groups that move in herds and packs and interact with one another. Players will also find 14 iconic weapon types making their return, including: Great Sword, Long Sword, Sword & Shield, Dual Blades, Hammer, Hunting Horn, Lance, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, Insect Glaive, Light Bowgun, Heavy Bowgun, and Bow.
