Yes, even the Nintendo Alarmo can run DOOM, but there isn’t any sound…yet. Put simply, you’re loading the shareware version of DOOM entirely from USB onto the alarm clock, without having to modify anything.
One thing to note is that to avoid the USB loader memory size restrictions, the .wad needs to be compressed and then uncompressed to external memory on boot. The process basically uses a USB mode and then points the USB-C port to the Alarmo to custom external firmware.
