The NIO ET9 ultra-premium EV was revealed yesterday during the company’s NIO Day 2023 event, and it’s their most expensive model to date. This vehicle adopts the Landjet design, which aims to maximize cabin space, comfort, safety, and steering.
Its four-seat layout includes an innovative “Sky Island” and “Executive Bridge” to provide first-class comfort. The latter offers a 360° versatile tray table for the rear passengers, which can be adjusted at any angle. ET9 is based on 900V Architecture, operating at 925V, allowing for rapid charging with a peak power of 600kW , or extending range by 160 miles with just a 5-minute charge. Power comes from dual electric motors generating a combined 697 hp. Available now for pre-order, priced from around $112,782 USD, with delivers set to begin in early 2025.
