At $0.99, NoseDial could quite possibly be the strangest iPhone app ever. It essentially “gives you very large icons for each of your contacts; you can scroll, and tap them with your nose.” Video demonstration after the break.
The unfortunate thing is that you’ll not only have to figure a way to unlock the phone, but also tap on the icon for this app.
