Ocean Community Floating House
Designed by Poland-based Wojciech Morsztyn, the Ocean Community is basically a luxurious, solar-powered floating house, with the main goal to extend a city’s coastline. These structures would float no more than 800 meters from the city’s coastline, meaning that its residents would easily be able to commute back and forth.

They would almost be self-sustaining, relying on the abundance of sun, water, and wind to harness energy. On the inside, there are two levels, both of which offer panoramic views of the sea.

The creation of these new structures will serve as fully functional living spaces connected with existing land infrastructure so that new ocean communities become a natural extension of coastal cities”, said Morsztyn, designer of the Ocean Community concept.
